Rowan, the farmer over the hill, walks every new player through the first hour. Each lesson walks you through the most important aspects of KubeSprout.
What Rowan teaches
- Buy, plant, harvest, sell. Rowan hands you some coins. Buy your first seed at the shop, plant it in the field, and harvest it. Learn to buy and sell at the village shop.
- Gather. Use a hatchet to chop down a wild tree for wood; a pickaxe breaks a boulder for stone. These resources are essential to building and upgrading your farm.
- Build a kitchen.Cook your first meal and eat it for some yummy experience. Meals earn far more experience than raw crops.
- Choose a name. Your player name is public, unique, and permanent.
- The village. Build the quest board and take your first request, then build the festival stand and spend your first points on your first festival item.
Daily Rewards There is a daily gift to help loyal farmers grow and expand.
The rhythm of a day
The village day ends at midnight UTC. That is when daily quests refresh, animals pick a new favorite crop, and the Exchange’s daily limits reset. Seasons change weekly on the same clock.
Levels
Experience comes from harvesting, gathering, finishing buildings and, above all, eating. Levels unlock buildings and animals. The current level cap is 50.
